This is Hiroshi, Captain of my 5th Division and an all-around sweetheart. He's a really kind and earnest person, and one of my most-social Captains in the Gotei. Hell, even Izo sorta likes him, and that is saying a lot XDDDD

I've been RPing with him a lot recently, and enjoying how kind and dorky he is >W< he makes me so happy~~~
