And here we have the 4th Seat of my 13th Division, Chione! She's an Egyptian-descent Shinigami and believes still in the older gods of Egypt. Just... in a different form.

Since the Soul King exists she has reasoned that her gods came from his idea, and as such still practices rituals and prayers that her parents taught her; one of those being dancing. She often practices dances in the moonlight and enjoys the night air, giving anyone who accidentally watches her this feeling of mysticism around her.
